Why I do This Work

With over a decade of experience as a Physician Assistant, I’ve seen both sides of the weight loss and health journey. In clinical practice, I’ve witnessed how medications and medical interventions can be incredibly helpful for many people, while also recognizing that they’re not always the right or most sustainable solution for everyone.

On a personal level, I understand what it feels like to do “everything right” and still feel stuck—confused by conflicting advice, overwhelmed by diet culture, and unsure what actually works long term.

This combination of clinical experience and personal insight is what led me to this work. I’m passionate about helping women cut through the noise and focus on what actually moves the needle: sustainable, science-based lifestyle changes rooted in nutrition, metabolic health, mindset, and behavior change.

My approach goes beyond weight loss alone. It’s about improving overall health, including energy, confidence, and common metabolic concerns like blood sugar, cholesterol, inflammation, digestion, and stress—so you can feel better in your body and in your daily life.

To me, this work isn’t about quick fixes or extremes. It’s about helping you build something sustainable that supports how you want to live now and long term.

When I’m not coaching, I’m with my family or doing the things that keep me grounded and energized—traveling, camping and backpacking, baking sourdough, and spending time with my daughters.

It would be an honor to support you on your health journey.
