Why I do This Work
With over a decade of experience as a Physician Assistant, I’ve seen both sides of the weight loss journey. In the clinical setting, I’ve witnessed how medications can be incredibly helpful for some — but I also know they’re not always the best or most sustainable solution for everyone. On a personal level, I’ve felt that same frustration of doing “everything right” yet still feeling stuck, defeated, and overwhelmed by the noise of diet culture.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping women who feel like they’ve “tried it all” finally experience real, lasting results. My background in medicine gives me a deep understanding of both the science and the struggles, which allows me to guide women toward solutions that truly work — without extremes, quick fixes, or added confusion.
My approach goes beyond the number on the scale or simply fitting better in your clothes. It’s about reclaiming your health, confidence, and energy — while also improving common struggles tied to weight, like cholesterol, blood sugar, pain, and fatigue.
Because to me, weight loss isn’t just about looking better. It’s about living better — with the freedom, strength, and confidence to fully show up for yourself and the people you love.
When I’m not coaching, I stay inspired and energized through the things I love—traveling with my family, backpacking and camping, arts and crafts with my daughters, baking sourdough bread, and taking group cycling and HIIT classes.
It would be a true honor to work with you and support you on your health journey.
