Why I do This Work
I’ve been a Physician Assistant since 2013, and throughout my career, I’ve always been drawn to holistic health. My training in functional nutrition and lifestyle medicine allows me to blend my clinical expertise with a root-cause, lifestyle-focused approach to wellness.
What I love most about health coaching is the chance to really connect with people — to walk alongside them through the ups and downs of their health journey. In traditional medicine, short visits, quick fixes, and one-size-fits-all plans leave little time to be proactive, build habits, or troubleshoot in real time. Coaching fills that gap, creating space for meaningful support, accountability, and a plan that truly fits your life.
My passion for this work is also deeply personal. I’ve been through my own health struggles—digestion issues, poor eating habits, and insomnia—and I understand how frustrating it can feel when nothing seems to work.
Today, I use science-backed strategies alongside my clinical background to create personalized programs for each client. My goal is simple: to help people feel in control of their health, thrive in their daily lives, and build confidence that lasts a lifetime.
When I’m not coaching, I stay inspired and energized through the things I love—traveling with my family, backpacking and camping, arts and crafts with my daughters, baking sourdough bread, and taking group cycling and HIIT classes.
It would be a true honor to work with you and support you on your health journey.
